This is my son’s favorite fall smoothie creation as fresh ingredients become more scarce.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen sliced peaches,
1 Chobani Orange Greek Yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges + Mandarin Juice
1 cup chopped ice. Makes 2 servings. Blend and Enjoy!
Nutrition: 160 calories, 0.2 grams Fat, 32 mg Carbohydrate, 3 grams Fiber, 8 grams Protein, 22% Vitamin A, 38% Vitamin C and 9% Calcium.
