This is the perfect recipe for little hands to help mash avocado, peel cooled eggs and stir a bowlful of healthy ingredients. This soft wrap is best balanced with something crunchy like chilled grapes or crisp spears of peppers, celery or carrots.
8 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
2 avocados, skinned and pitted
4 Tbsp. low-fat Greek yogurt
½ tsp. fresh ground salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
¼ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. fresh chopped chives per wrap
