I just got this KIND goodie box in the mail. People were tweeting me hoping they could buy it on retail as a holiday gift but IDK. At the very least each of the little prize packages contained herein is a healthy stocking stuffer!
For the athlete in your house, I recommend these Strong KIND Bars. They contain 10 grams of protein from almonds, pumpkin seeds and pea protein isolate. Their bold, savory flavor profiles will appeal to those of you who are bored with the cinnamon apple, peanut butter chocolate chip and lemon cupcake found in other bars.

Similar to most sports bars, they average 230 calories, but are a low 6 grams of sugar and average 125 mg. of sodium. They also have 230 mg of potassium for muscle contraction, 30% DV Vitamin E for an antioxidant punch and a bunch of other minerals including 10% iron that support sustained energy and stronger bones.
For your granola friends and family, KIND Healthy Grains are a perfect breakfast accent to your hot oatmeal, yogurt parfait or eaten straight up from the palm of your hand. They contain 5 super grains: oats, millet, quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat. Their sugar content is 35% lower than traditional oatmeal at a mere 3 grams per 1/3 cup serving and the sodium barely registers at a dash of 35 mg.

These are just what you expect, both chewy and crunchy, combined, available in common flavors that include Peanut Butter Berry (i.e PB&J) and Dark Chocolate Crunch (who doesn’t love?) and the ringer Maple Pumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt (move over salted nut caramel.) Each of these bars weighs in at a light 150 calories, 5 supergrains and single digits in the sugar column.
Finally, the bar having robbed Snickers, 3 Musketeers and M&Ms out of it’s checkout lane shelf space, KIND Fruit & Nut Bars continue to be aisle worthy. Containing 20-50% fewer calories, only 5 grams of sugar, but 6 grams of protein and more fiber than many whole grain breads and cereals this is one handful of a healthy snack. While it’s 24 flavors are far too many to name, my favorites are Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew, Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate and Fruit & Nuts in Yogurt in case you’re looking for my stocking stuffer!
Painfully missing from my box are the long awaited Popped KIND snacks. Maybe it’s enroute in my next suprise package?
